Why Yoga, and What’s It Got To Do With Counselling?

I haven't got the perfect yoga body, and you won't see me posing in pretzel-like asanas in exotic locations semi-naked on Instagram with a million followers. So what do I get out of yoga and why do I not only practice it, but teach it too?

What is Yogafit?

This is a question I have been asked a lot this month so I thought I would clarify: I hold a yogafit class on Mondays from 11am until 12pm. I make it a class for everybody because you never know what people are struggling with, or what's going on in their lives.
