When we think of meditation we often think of calming our minds, stepping out of the rat race for a while and getting some quality downtime. This picture is certainly true and meditation is a great way to really relax and unwind.
Recently in my work with meditation, I have been looking at how to use meditation to work smarter, to feel more confident and energised, maximising your use of time and working smarter rather than harder.
It’s about understanding how to use the right effort, at the right time to achieve your best. I am currently developing a personalised 6 week course of meditations I use regularly with my client to maximise their potential, to help you achieve just that. The course will start in Jan 2016.
