This is a question I have been asked a lot this month so I thought I would clarify: I hold a yogafit class on Mondays from 11am until 12pm. I make it a class for everybody because you never know what people are struggling with, or what's going on in their lives.
Breath is a central part of the Viniyoga tradition which I teach, we know that changing our breath can change how we feel and bring us back to the moment. Not the ruminations of the past, or the worry for the future; but right here, right now.
